BiRoot AI is in private beta. These terms cover this website and the beta programme. They will be replaced with a full agreement before paid plans open.
This website
The content here describes a product under active development. Capability labels such as “Available in beta” and “Building now” reflect our honest assessment at the time of writing, and features described as in progress may change or be dropped.
Beta software
Beta builds are provided as is, without warranty. They may contain defects, and they operate on your own machine against your own repositories. You are responsible for keeping backups and for reviewing any change before you accept it.
Your AI provider accounts
BiRoot AI coordinates AI tools and subscriptions that you own. Your use of those tools remains subject to the terms of their respective providers, and you are responsible for complying with them.
Trademarks
BiRoot builds on top of Claude Code, Codex, and Grok. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, or their respective owners.
